Abstract
The paper presents some geologic aspects of Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous sedimentary sequences, as well as their correlation with oil-bearing areas within the territory under consideration. 2D/3D CDP seismic data interpretation (amplitude analysis) and probabilistic-and-statistical analysis techniques have been used.
