Abstract

The paper describes the process of creation of geologic and reservoir models of the Bashkirian reservoirs. Oil and water historic production data, and well data have been collected and analyzed. The paper presents geological description of the Bureikinskoye field and analysis of the current development status. The model has been validated through the historic production data. History matched results were used to predict future performance of the Bashkirian reservoirs. A good agreement between the modeled and the actual data was obtained. A development scenario involving production enhancement operations was considered.
